Hamburger Patties
We barbeque every single Saturday and Sunday evening in our family, and we're the second generation doing so. Well, we had someone come over and stay for Shabbat, and when she learned of our little tradition and brought these little creations - and were they a winner! So we just had to share them and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
Ingredients
Beef mince (usually 500gms will make about a dozen)
2 slices of bread (grated)
Tomato sauce (your personal amount. It adds a sweet tomato flavour)
Wostershire sauce (to taste)
Chutney (to taste) (optional)
1 packet French onion soup (or your favourite spices)
Instructions
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Then, shape handfuls as big or as small as you like. Put them on a plate and cover with cling wrap and place them in the fridge (this is the secret to stop them from falling apart!).
After an hour in the fridge, it's time to cook them. You can either do this on the barbeque, or inside in a frying pan coated in oil.
Once they have been cooked through, serve and enjoy!
