Our Favourite Matzah
Ingredients

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 tsp. salt

1 egg

3 cups flour

Method

Make sure you have all you ingredients ready. Preheat over to 190 degrees Celsius.

Beat the egg. Add milk, honey, butter and salt. Gradually add flour (remember that the moment you add the flour you need to start working fast to get the dough into the oven in seven minutes since adding it). Knead until smooth, adding flour as needed.

Divide into three and roll into the prepared baking trays. Make sure the baking sheets are nicely greased.

Place in the oven and bake 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through (optional). Serves 6-8.
